Coastal Repertory Theatre is celebrating over 35 years in Half Moon Bay. Annually we reach an an theatre audience of over 6,000 people, with 40% of our audience now coming to Coastal Repertory Theatre performances from the greater Bay Area communities.
We offer 8 plays a year, with two that are produced and performed by our CRKT students. Our theatrical season is impressive, with on-stage talent and set design that rivals larger theatres in the Bay area. Over 2,000 students have gone through education classes in our CRTK programs, with 10% of students on scholarship.
And yet, ticket sales cover only 60% of our Theatre programming and operating costs each season. Our supporters and donors are critical in making it possible to present these outstanding Live Theatre performances at CRT.
