Class Fee is $350 per student per semester. If registering additional students in the family, Class Fee is $300 per additional student. Tuition must be paid in full at the time of registration.

I, authorize the directors, teachers and volunteers of CTC as agents for the undersigned to consent to medical treatment in an emergency. I hereby release and discharge CTC, its director, teachers and volunteers from any and all claims due to negligence resulting in personal injury, beyond any available insurance coverage.
I agree that photographs of my child taken during CTC class hours may be used for promotional purposes by CTC, but will not be used by other organizations without additional written consent.
