Coastal Repertory Theatre Organization

The Coastal Repertory Theatre is a non-profit organization that is supported by volunteers and a few paid staff.

Board of Directors
The theatre is overseen by the CRT Board of Directors. The all volunteer board is a working board that is responsible for managing the financial health of the theatre and supporting the staff, volunteers and facility.

Artistic Director
The Artistic Director is responsible for conceiving of, developing, and implementing the artistic vision and focus of the organization, and for major decisions about the ongoing development of the aesthetic values and activities, after consultation with the Board of Directors. This is full time position.

Coastal Theatre Conservatory Director
The CTC Director is responsible for Children’s Drama Class Curriculum, Staff and Productions. This is a part time position.

Business Manager
The Theatre Business Manager runs the front office and supports the staff, operations, ticketing, CTC billing, communications and volunteers. This is a part time paid position.

Production Staff

  • Directors, Musical Directors, Choreographers – receive a stipend
  • Producers – occasional small stipend
  • Stage Manager – occasional small stipend
  • Cast – all volunteer
  • Crew – all volunteer
  • Set Builders – all volunteer
  • Box office, Wine/Snack bar, Ushers, etc. – all volunteer
